When can you cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled only till the time the order is not shipped. Please note that order cancellation is not allowed after the order has been shipped.
Will a cancellation request have any implication on you?
There are no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer on order cancellation.
When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?
If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets, the refund will be processed in your respective payment account. The refunds are typically processed in between 7- 10 working days after an order is marked as cancelled.
Please note it depends on your credit card issuing bank to ensure refund credit in your account. We only control release of funds from our side, there is not much under our control in case of delays from the bank’s end.
What happens to the order post shipping?
Once an order has been shipped, the customer has to connect with Osmon’s customer care helpline number 8881388808 or you can even write to us on email@example.com to request cancellation of your order.
If a cancellation request comes up, we will try to hold the shipment but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
